So I have fixed my hair disaster and now I really like it! :) Tomorrow we head out to Miri for New Years Eve..........I got a really pretty white dress with like a lace top for a new year eve pool party thing, very nice. I also spent most of my christmas money already...:/ Oooops. I am not planning on bringing my laptop to Miri so I will wish all readers a"Happy New Year 2010-2011". Hopefully It is really fun the next couple of days :D

Highlights liquid

So I am doing an experimental Highlighting hair kit at home......I have to have this EXTREMELY strong smelling liquid on my hair for 45 mins.....It smells TOXIC! XO

My brother has been playing on his new Ps3 for the past few hours so nothing new with him :)

Today I believe the plans are that we are going to perhaps a sushi restaurant for lunch and then I would like to to go to the mal

l so I can spend some of my christmas vouchers.....(heehee)

TOMORROW I am having my first horse riding lesson, courtesy of my parents present to me.

So I am quite excited......But I am not excited that we now only have 8 days until school starts again!!! :'(

Oh welll, It will have to come around eventually.

Christmas preparations...

So tomorrow is the 23rd, December......"The girls" which include myself, mum and grandma are going to Nail Artz to get our nails done (: I am thinking of candy cane nails! We (my brother and I) are also going to make our Gingerbread house tomorrow with Icing and smarties :3

AND CAN YOU BELIEVE the day after tomorrow is Christmas Eve!

We will be throwing our annual 'Christmas Eve Lunch Party" where we will be serving the traditional swedish christmas lunch. It is definitely one of my favorite parties of the entire year... A fun & heartwarming social gathering........

And then the BIG day.

CHRISTMAS DAAAAAAAAY!

Once again we will be having our morning family get together around the christmas tree and opening presents.....for the day we will go off to the islands for a "christams on the beach"...:)

Hua Ho/Heathrow

I started the day of with a cooked breakfast and then: (!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Hua Ho: Today my family and I ventured over to the Manggis shopping mall "Hua Ho". Various reasons which include:

1. Cutlery, pots & pans.

2. Christmas shopping

3. Haircuts!

The reason I included "Heathrow" as in "Heathrow International Airport, England" is because:

Heathrow: Is closed and not accepting arrivals from any other destination IN THE WORLD! And that is a BIG DEAL......Because Heathrow is like the airport of europe, it is the airport capital that makes all other airports function!

Reasons why I am upset about that is because:

1. Luke and Oscar (my friends) are going to England for Christmas and are taking a flight over there and they unfortunately might not be able arrive!

2. My grandparents are trying to come here to Brunei for Christmas and they are departing in the next couple days...:( So hopefully it is all resolved by then :/

Anyway I have a hairdresser 's appointment tomorrow and I am thinking of trying something completely NEW but then..........I might not :P

I now am watching 'Glee X-Mas' which is pretty cool...

BUGS!

Yes, I ate bugs! But actually they are Salted Satak.......THEY TASTE SOO GOOOOOD!! ( I highly recommend these tasty little things.)

They are actually mini lobster type sea creatures and I ate at least 10 :P

This is because today my family and I went out to Labuan for a seafood lunch! So we departed around 11 am and arrived back home around 4 pm.........The plans for the rest of the evening are chillaxing on the couch and later my brother and I are going to friends at around 8 pm.

I have increased in the number of views per week it went from about 30 to now 150! So thank you to all of you :)

Christmas is soon so hold on for 8 days!! (eeeeeeeeek)

Times Square

Ok, yes I am not talking about Times square, New York. There is a new mall in Brunei called Times Square (convenient) which I went to yesterday. Good range of decent, fun shops and there was even a christmas village life size display on the ground floor which was cute! We went to a market-like shop called SUPER SAVE! There was a lot of little cheap goodies perfect for miniature party gifts and it also (randomly) sold porcelain mugs and plates... o.O

There was a sweet, candy themed make up store which i enjoyed glancing around.

I HAVE NO IDEA WHY I AM DESCRIBING TIMES SQUARE TO YOU........

Anyway

Today I am not too sure what the plans are other than we are preparing the house for visitors and perhaps going out for a SUSHI lunch.

Shopping for all.....

We went Christmas shopping in the mall yesterday!!!

I found it funny because we were in there for 2 and a half hours....I met up with Adrian around 45 minutes in to the time and he had an ice cream and kfc french fries in his hands!! NO PRESENTS

Anyway I managed to get a hold of a presents for:

Dad

Grandma

Grandpa

God Daughter

& 2 friends.

So i think i was successful :)

In it all the first thing I bought were a pair of shoes for myself :/ heehee

BUT THEY WERE ON SALE! Today the plans are some friends are coming over and we are going to come up with something fun to do.

Christmas Holidays are finally here....

It is finally christmas and I am over joyed! I do not need to prepare for school....I can look forward to christmas...Mondays are no longer dreaded....(you can see all the perks)So yes i am HAPPY. HOWEVER a lot of friends have left for the holiday some to Australia, U.S.A, England, Germany, Singapore, New Zealand...But I am still HAPPY! BUT I MISS MY COUSINS SOOO MUCH!!!!! I would love to spend a christmas back home in England and/or in Sweden. There is no winter in Brunei because it is located in The Tropics so obviously there is no snow :( We would get excited if the temperature went down to 28 degrees!!! Anyways I really need to do some blogging to keep writing over the holidays and I have always been caught up in something. So yesterday i went to see the new Narnia with some friends "The Dawn Treader" and it was pretty freaky in some places :/ But it was still good XD

Tomorrow I am doing some christmas shopping with Adrian in town (BSB) and hopefully I find what I am looking for to go under that christmas tree!

Recipes, flags and football.

Hello again :)
So on friday it was International day at school and i had two england flags in my hair and a swedish football top...It was really fun and we had a food fair at school so there were may different types of food which was very cool. However we had to wait in the line for ice-cream for AGES!!!!!
Yesterday I had a friend over and made a video to the song TiK ToK by Ke$ha which was so cool :D
I also started assembling a small recipe folder where i will keep my favorite recipes hens Recipes in the title.
Today was football fun day at school (i didn't play but adrian did) Adrian did quite well in his matches.
AND THEN>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>I SPOTTED THE NICEST SILVER EARRINGS. But then they were sold....:(
Oh well, it was still fun. I now have to do chinese revision so ciao! :)

Butterflies, spells and wishes :)

SORRY!
I thought it be best if i say sorry in capitals to get my message across as thoroughly as possible! I truly am sorry :(
Anyway it has almost been a month since i last wrote so i need to catch up with you and everyone reading.
Half term was really good and Adrian LOVED New Zealand and really was sad to go, that week went very fast! I travelled with my mum to singapore to do some girly shopping (yey) !So we did and i got some flipflops, skirt, sweets,book e.t.c Then it was school once again....:)
We were supposed to be doing the musical Grease in drama however that has not happened :( Perhaps later in the term?
All subjects I believe are going well, apart from english..........which is strange because usually english is my strongest but not recently because i need to practice on my essay writing skills!
I have had a few tests here and there........WHY I AM I TALKING ABOUT TESTS! That must have bored you......MOVING ON!!!
The reason why i named this post butterflies, spells and wishes is for 3 reasons.
1. Butterflies- I have a friend who has a quite unusual fear of butterflies and got really freaked out when she spotted a butterfly in the corridor !
2. Spells- Is the next book in a series by my ultimate favourite author APRILLYNE PIKE! So i was happy to hear that there was another book!
3. Wishes- Is i am preparing goals for some class and started thinking about christmas wishes :D
I am very excited that my grandparents are coming for christams this year but i dont know when they arrive......:X
Tomorrow it is International Day at school and this year i will be representing sweden because i don't really have anything for england at the moment......
I am able to write today because i have experienced a rare occassion where.......I RECEIVED NO HOMEWORK WHAT SO EVER!
So hopefully i can continue blogging regularly again ;)

Not so well today and staying home from school.......not much happening other than adrian is going to new zealand on friday and me and my mum are perhaps going to singapore for the day. :)
This is the last week before half term break/Halloween break meaning we have then completed 1/6 of the year!
Sorry i haven't been blogging but year 9 has been a giant blow compared to year 8 and its hard to keep up!

Hello!
I have had a busy busy week partly the reason i have not been blogging.I can not express the fact that homework is at its peak and soon i will be found under a large pile of english papers :(
Monday: was fine. i guess it was just ok but i started training for HURDLES in athletics which i have a keen interest in.
Tuesday: Actually teachers day so we had the day off from school. I did homework the whole time basically.
Wednesday: Was fun, biology we did this petri dish experiment with antibiotics and I did shot put in PE.
Thursday: ..................not the greatest, This was a rough one. (not going to explain)
Friday: AWESOME! last day of school and I got some results from Physics Chemistry and Biology and they are all A!!!!!!!! Yey even though i dislike physics i guess i am not too bad at it :)
TOMORROW: In the morning i have planned to do a flat out study session because i have 3 projects too complete and the in the late afternoon/evening i am with Lini and we are goin to the Studio Scene dance concert.

Drenched books

Well the title sort of tells this story....all of my school books that were in my backpack got soaked in BOTTLED WATER.
Somehow the lid came off and formed a pool in the bottom of my bag so I have to buy a new diary tomorrow.
I also have quite a bit of homework...obviously.
Math feels like a harder language to me then chinese!!!! We are doing Year 11 work....:(
No wonder I am struggling.....I am extremely sorry that my posts On weekdays are always fed up themed.
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waterfalls, Sparklers and yellow toes...

Is how my 4 days planned out....
On Friday Lini was here and we went out and had our hair done which was fun and lini's hair went AMAZINGLY curly!
Then I did homework and Saturday which was yesterday me, luke, oscar and adrian went to a jungle pool with a waterfall and we slid down it....so fun!!!!!! In the evening we went and climbed sand rock on the beach......today I met Lini again and ventured over to the empire for a while where we stayed in the plunge pool for 17 MINUTES!!!!!! One of my toes went yellow and lini turned pink! Then once again in the evening we all had a trip to the beach where we roasted marshmallows, sat in a cave, made a rock climbing wall on the sand rock, made a rope swing and lit sparklers!!!!
Tomorrow I am going over to Ehi and we are going to do homework (maybe) with a whole lot of talk, talk, talk; so so far my hari raya weekend has been fab and will be to come!

I received an ITOUCH from my parents for improving my grades last year and to keep it up for this year! (CRAZY)
I am always on it...........I am very HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And lucky and surprised but extremely happy.
I have a very tight homework schedule so I am homeworking 24/7
Still enjoying myself though I am never really bored
I auditioned for the upper school Drama production (shakespeare)
Going To join The Upper school Newspaper, Basketball
Still doing Karate on Sundays
Adrian got a really FAST Car(Not a real one but as fast as one)

Listening To music realising that tomorrow will be homework for quite a while.

Celebration

So Friday is the Hari Raya Celebration( End of Ramadan) so we have friday off and monday off Next week! YIPPEE
On Saturday my really great friend Ehi (you know you are a special person :)
Is Turning 14...HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
Then later, later, later My Uncle Adam is having his wedding....
so many celebrations....
UNFORTUNATELY (yes there is bad news :() I might be having an exam during the wedding an IMPORTANT exam.....weep.
So Hopefully It isn't............. that detail will be clarified tomorrow.
I have homework to do all the time it is 3 pieces a day, 15 pieces a week and up to 75 PIECES a month!

Saturday schemes, deadlines and homework.

Today my Mum and I were supposed to go and fix something at the salon...We arrived and were offered a shampoo while waiting. In the middle of the process however they told us it wasn't available that day..................................X0!!!!
Scheming plans. So instead we payed for the hair.
Also today was the first day our after school activity program opens at 12 midday, so we HAD to get online immediately so the ones we wanted we can get in to. HOWEVER I was caught up at the salon and only arrived home at 1 LUCKILY the 3 i really would love to do were available! YEY
Adrian wasn't as lucky........
So this post so far is basically all story (hee hee).

Panting is not a good sign.

Trust me the first week of school is ALWAYS tiring but ALWAYS fun!
I have to rush to classes because my schedule is in this room and then that room and then this room......
But It is very cool in a way because you feel you have more of a sense of responsibility around upper school.
So at the moment my fav subjects are history, drama, biology when my least fav are PHYSICS (AAAAAAAAAAAAH) and maths.
mmmmmmmmmmm.... On average I have been in school for 4 days and have recieved 8 pieces of homework.(I am waiting for a shocked reaction)
I understand homework will be more but even in the first week it is very visible.
There are some newbies at school but not as many as in my brothers class his year went from 60 to 90+ when mine
was already BIG!
School is a building site at the moment...
If i was a tour guide I would say this: Hello welcome to jis on your left you can see a building site, on your left also a building site and in fornt of you another building site. Any questions?
NOT EXAGGERATING HERE!

So guests have gone and internet has been down for ages!!!
So blogging was not the essential thing...I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT SCHOOL IS THE DAY AFTER TOMOROW. What Is up with that

4 weeks in though we would have all changed our minds...LOL

But I am sad for my crazy and never boring lovable friends have gone for the holiday and I just am very sad about it and that I did not get $80 dollars for my old ipod...(saving up for an Itouch).
I think to earn money now I need to do a few jobs; when homework starts though this might have changed.:)
My uncle is getting married! YIPPEE so we might be going to europe twice next year.
